We welcome CARINYA WINSTON to the JRL team! Recently purchased at the 2016 ROCKHAMPTON BRAHMAN WEEK SALES, we thought he really stood out from the crowd. We love his lovely loose skin, straight topline, deep hind quarter and bone. Hes got a great stance, terrific nature, soft and so much room for growth! At only 22 months of age, he come complete with a great set of figures and weight to back him up. His first son has sold at RBWS 2019 for $17,000. Plenty more to come! We used Winston heavily in the commercial herd in his first and second year, he's done a tremendous job, effortlessly covering 40-50 commercials single sire, then backs up and does some stud work afterwards! His first steers have been sold over the hooks, and performed at an exceptionally high standard- 100% grading, all with milk and 2 teeth, all in a drought! His first daughters have calved easily, are well grown, excellent mothers and great udders. We couldn't be happier with how Winston is producing.
